All sales are final and there are no refunds, returns and/or exchanges with the only exception being the following two conditions:
Shipping damages-
Any print, mount, mat board or canvas damage that may have occurred through the shipping process can be exchanged for an exact replacement. If this should occur then you will be emailed a UPS return label and be required to return the damaged product within one week or 7 business days upon receipt of your initial shipment. You will then receive a new replacement at no additional cost to you. The replacement artwork may need to be reprinted which may require up to one to two weeks turn around time until your package is mailed to you. Resin coated artwork will need a little more time, possibly an additional week.
Product defects- All Wonder Pawz prints are printed by a Fuji professional photographic printing lab using superior Fuji products and methods. As long as you stored your product correctly then your product is guaranteed. This means that you must store your product out of direct or in direct sunlight at all times. You should store your product in a dry environment at all times. You should never store your product near a fireplace or in a very hot environment. In order to return your product in the case of your product becoming defective over time such as fading or discoloration then you will need to ship your product back to Wonder Pawz with a note regarding how the product was stored from the time of its arrival to the time is was shipped back including a photograph of where you hung your artwork. Finger prints, dinged corners, scratches, etc are not eligible for refund. Once received then Wonder Pawz will contact you and discuss the issue and Wonder Pawz will need to approve your request for an exchange. Once your exchange is approved then your order will be reprinted and remounted in the exact same manner as it was ordered previously. Changes and/or refunds are not given at this point, just an exchange.
